Many financial professionals are focused on building their business as quickly as possible, leading to what I refer to as a "high churn" practice....clients coming in the front door as clients are leaving out the back door. Experience has taught me that I, as well as my clients, would be better served by a business model that focused on long term relationship building. The end result is a practice where a client leaving us is a rare event.
